"During a time of crisis with coating from a different supplier, Egyptian Coatings’ personnel stepped in and assisted with determining the cause of our problem. It turned out the waterborne acrylic coating had an actual 'shelf life' problem in our open tank/batch dip process.
The previous supplier was not coming up with a solution to the problem and only wanted to say there must have been some sort of contamination. The problem coating was a waterborne acrylic just put in place to eliminate different issues with a previous VC water base coating from the same supplier.
Egyptian Coatings took their assistance even further by creating and modifying a new acrylic coating for the application on several occasions. The Egyptian water-borne acrylic coating has been in use for almost a year and continues to outperform all previous waterborne products used."
